It's easier to stay consistent when someone is waiting for you. On GoalMate you can join a group or create your own.

   Groups with your goal

   We place you in a group of people with the same goal and starting point, beginning together with you.

2. 2

   Private circles

   Create a circle with friends and colleagues, from 5 to 50 people, and invite them with a link. Creating circles unlocks as you level up.

   The group feed

   Check-ins, milestones and encouragement in one place: see who's there and who needs a push.

4. 4

   Goals and reports

   The group has shared goals and, at the end of a challenge, a report with what you achieved together.
